The booking terms and conditions detailed below together with the other information contained on our website form the basis of your agreement with Prague Central Apartments s.r.o (“PCA”), registered in Prague, Czech Republic.
"Renter" "Tenant", "you" and "your" refers to lead guest/all persons staying in the apartment (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). "We", "us", "our" and "PCA" refers to Prague Central Apartments s.r.o. acting as your booking agent.
To understand our respective rights and obligations as described herein, please read these terms and conditions carefully.
Every effort is made to ensure that photos and the description of facilities and services of the apartment you have chosen is accurate, however we cannot be held liable for omissions, errors or alterations to a property’s facilities and services whether temporary or permanent.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of total accommodation cost must be received before booking is secured. The deposit amount is listed in Euros and paid in local currency (Czech Crowns CZK) using updated mid-market exchange rates. The person securing the booking shall be authorized and be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all persons staying in apartment.
Final payment or balance due is to be paid on arrival as per conditions described in your booked apartment’s terms and conditions. Costs are calculated and can be paid in Euros. In most cases, other currencies (GBP, USD, and CZK is accepted using mid-market exchange rates for the day of check-in). Please see additional booking conditions listed for apartment rented
Most apartments are available from 3pm or after on the 1st day of rental and must be vacated by 11am or before on last day of rental. Flexibility is offered where possible. Contact PCA for more information on the possibility of early/late arrival/departure. A staff member representing your apartment owner will be available upon your arrival at the property to meet you with the keys, show you around and assist with any questions. In some instances you may be required to pick up keys at an office located off-site from rented apartment.
The number of guests staying in the property must be stated in the booking form and those conditions must be adhered to throughout the rental duration. Where applicable, charges for extra guests will apply. PCA must be informed of any updates/changes to the number of guests, or tenants risk cancellation of rental agreement without recompense.
Bookings made on www.praguecentralapartments.com are subject to the terms and conditions detailed herein together with information contained on our website to form the basis of your agreement with PCA. All bookings made by PCA are based on availability confirmed by apartment managers/owners. At the time of booking, renter chooses apartment and dates, reads and approves the terms and conditions. A deposit of 20% of total accommodation cost is pre-approved prior to confirmation of availability. Once availability is confirmed, this non-refundable deposit is then charged to renter using chosen payment option. Renter is then obligated to follow instructions on our website and sent via emails to keep you up to date on procedures to be followed. If there are any questions regarding the booking process or procedures regarding apartment rental, the renter should contact PCA immediately.
In the event of cancellation, you must notify PCA immediately. Notice will be effective upon time/date of receipt by PCA. Renter agrees that warranted cancellation fees are to be paid by renter via credit card or alternative source supplied by renter. The cancellation charges described in the additional booking conditions for the apartment you rented shall supersede the ones stated below.
a) More than 4 weeks--deposit only
b) Less than 4 weeks--deposit + 25% of balance due
c) Less than 1 week--deposit + 50% of balance due
d) No-Show (no contact/notice given)—deposit + full balance due
To cover cancellation losses, we recommend you source and purchase comprehensive travel Insurance.
All prices are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuation. Our prices are listed in Euros for comparative purposes. The deposit amount is listed in Euros and paid in local currency (Czech Crowns CZK) using updated mid-market exchange rates. Balance due on arrival is subject to conditions stated in additional booking conditions for each apartment.
Security deposit requirements and additional charges are listed in apartment additional booking conditions. It is the responsibility of the tenant to leave the property clean and tidy, and excess rubbish dealt with appropriately. The loss of keys will warrant a replacement and call out cost of 50Euros. Tenant agrees that warranted additional costs are to be charged to the credit card received at time of booking or alternative payment method available on behalf of renter.
PCA organizes and arranges the accommodation pursuant to agreements made with property managers and owners. PCA is not responsible for any damage or loss, whether to person or property and howsoever arising, to any person who has booked accommodation through the company. Bookings made by PCA are subject to the final decision as to the availability of the property for rental resting with the owners. Should owners withdraw their property from the rental market, PCA will make every effort to offer comparable accommodation at no extra cost to renters that are affected. If PCA concludes we are not able to offer comparable accommodation, then those affected will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.
PCA is able to provide assistance in locating/sourcing official offices or support relating to needs involving passports, visas, travel requirements or health concerns. The responsibility to have all necessary documents, legal requirements, and health issues addressed, rests solely on the renter.
