Karlin is a historic residential district just adjacent to the Old Town. Its unique location between the River Vltava and Hill Vitkov gives him a unique distinctive atmosphere. Developed culture and services make it one of the most popular places to live in the whole of Prague.
Apartment 100 m2 in size passed a thorough and sensitive reconstruction and has been newly decorated in 2009. Original space from the 40 last century was accompanied by the latest technology and rebuilt in the style of pure modern design with an emphasis on the preservation of significant historic features. It is located on the 3rd floor of the reconstructed and maintained building with elevator.
From the hall it is open to a small bathroom and continues through sliding glass door to the main living space. Dominance is almost 60 m2 large living area with kitchen, dining and living room. Two bedrooms and large bathroom are situated around. All rooms are covered with Wi-Fi Internet access.
The living room is equipped with luxury leather sofa and plasma Full HD 50" TV. There is cable TV with dozens of local and international channels.
In the kitchen you will find all amenities such as a kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc. All appliances are built-in. There is also a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and gas stove.
The apartment has two bathrooms with toilet. One is with the big tub and the other with shower. You'll find only the luxury Italian taps and a beautiful glass mosaic on the walls.
The first bedroom is equipped with 160 cm wide double bed and dressing room. The second bedroom has the two beds in addition to the playground and crib. Families with children are welcome.
The floors are made of wooden parquet and pleasant natural linoleum (marmoleum). The apartment is heated by standard radiators as well as underfloor heating.
The apartment has excellent transport accessibility. You can park for free in front of the house. Metro and tram station Krizikova is only a few tens of meters. Old Town Square is only 15 minutes pleasant walk.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The whole apartment is nonsmoking. Smoking is restricted to a small balcony.
