To check-in, please come to our office in Holeckova 13, Prague 5 you will then be directed to your apartment.

Alternatively to arrange transport directly to your apartment we suggest our transfer service; The standard taxi fare from airport to the centre costs 700CZK, we provide our service for 600CZK or 24EUR for a maximum of 4 people. With our service, one of our drivers will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a placard bearing your name; he will also assist you with your luggage and transport you straight to the apartment. We require a damage deposit upon arrival for possible damage or loss of keys. Check-in is from 3pm. earlier check-in or later check-out is possible upon previous request and depends on occupancy. We can offer you extra half day for the half price, or you can store your luggage in our office for free.

Payment due on arrival can be made in cash with Czech Crowns and Euros. We also accept AMEX, VISA and ECMC credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, and changes in travel plans or travel delays. We highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m. otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day. In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

Bookings for 1-3 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge

Bookings for 4-7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay (minimum is 3 nights)

Bookings for more than 7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge 

Bookings for 1 month and more
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge
No show or cancellation 5 - 0 days before arrival: 14 nights charge 

Please notice, during our top season (New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.

Minimum stay during high season:

• Easter – 3 nights
• Booking includes 26thn April - 1^st May – 3 nights
• weekends in May (Fri, Sat) – 3 nights
• Booking includes 31^st December – 5 nights
